We take care of everything for you. We‘ll deliver your hot tub, set it up in your chosen suitable location, fill it with water, add initial chemicals and show you everything you need to know for your hire.
Setup usually takes around 90 minutes. We normally set up the day before your first hire night, allowing the hot tub to heat up and the water to be treated ready for you to enjoy.
The space needed depends on which hot tub your choose. You‘ll need a flat, level and suitable area with enough room for the hot tub and pump, with little space around it for safe access.
Hot tubs can be set up on a suitable patio, paved area or firm, level grass. If you’d like our 2mx2m Gazebo, you’ll also need enough suitable space for this.

You'll need a standard 13 amp electrical socket within reach of the hot tub. This can be an outdoor socket or an indoor socket that we can safely access. The hot tub needs to remain switched on throughout your hire to keep the water heated and the filtration system running.
If you choose our Lay-z-spa Paris or Hollywood, an additional power supply is required if you would like to use LED lighting.
Water supply: We‘ll need access to an outdoor water supply, such as a garden tap, so we can fill the hot tub during setup.
Drainage: We’ll drain the hot tub when we return to collect it. We’ll just need a suitable place nearby for the water to be safely drained, and a power supply for our pump.
We’ll discuss this with you during setup, so you don’t need to worry about draining the hot tub yourself.
We normally set up your hot tub the day before your first hire night, giving it plenty of time to heat and for the water to be treated. Heating time can vary depending on the starting water temperature and the weather, so we recommend keeping the cover on while the hot tub is hearing. Your hot tub can heat up to maximum of 40c.
We add the initial chemicals durning setup and provide everything you need to look after the water durning your hire. We’ll leave test strips and any chemicals required, along with simple instructions on how to check and maintain the chemicals levels.
If you’re unsure at any point, simply WhatsApp us a photo of your test strip and we’ll advise you what to do.
Hot tubs can be enjoyed throughout most of the year, including during colder weather. However, for safety, the hot tub should not be used durning thunderstorms or other severe weather conditions. High winds may also mean that a gazebo cannot be safely set up or needs to be removed. If we‘re concerned about the weather affecting your hire, we’ll get in touch with you.
A £25 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit, completed booking form and signed Terms & Conditions. The deposit is returned after collection, providing the hot tub and equipment are returned in good condition and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Booking is simple. Get in touch with your preferred dates and we’ll check availability for you. Once you’ve chosen your hot tub and hire, we’ll send you our booking form, terms and conditions and a link for the £25 refundable deposit. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website.
Children can use the hot tub, but they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We recommend using a lower water temperature and limiting the amount of time they spend in the hot tub. Children should never be left unattended in or around the hot tub, even when it is covered.
